Annual Flagship Conference
Our annual Empowered Black Girl Conference is where power, purpose, and possibility meet. Designed by us, for us, this transformative experience brings together Black girls, mentors, and community leaders for three days of workshops, celebration, and unapologetic self-expression.
Job Shadow
Step into your future with real world experience. Our job shadowing opportunities connect girls with inspiring Black professionals across industries, offering a behind-the-scenes look at careers they dream about.
Mentorship Program
Everyone deserves a guide on their journey. Our mentorship program pairs participants with incredible Black women who provide encouragement, wisdom, and support as they navigate life, school, and future goals.
Meet Ups
Community is everything. Our Empowered Black Girl Meet Ups are safe, joy-filled spaces to connect, share stories, build sisterhood, and grow together through conversation, creativity, and fun.
