Mentorship Program
Everyone deserves a guide on their journey. Our mentorship program pairs participants with incredible Black women who provide encouragement, wisdom, and support as they navigate life, school, and future goals.

Annual Conference • July 9 & 10, 2026
The Empowered Black Girl (EBG) Conference is a transformative two-day experience designed for Black girls across the Lower Mainland to explore their identity, build confidence, and develop the skills needed to navigate their future with intention.
Rooted in community, mentorship, and empowerment, EBG creates a safe and affirming space where participants can engage in meaningful conversations, connect with Black women mentors, and build lasting relationships with peers who share similar experiences.
This year’s theme, “Becoming Her,” centers growth, self-discovery, and stepping into one’s full potential – academically, personally, and professionally.
