Annual Conference

Our annual Empowered Black Girl Conference is where power, purpose, and possibility meet. Designed by us, for us, this transformative experience brings together Black girls, mentors, and community leaders for three days of workshops, celebration, and unapologetic self-expression.

Mentorship Program

The Empowered Black Girl Mentorship Program pairs professional Black women with young Black girls in Grades 7–12 for six months of meaningful, structured mentorship across three group focuses: career exposure, leadership and networking, and emotional well-being.

Meet Ups & Events

Community is everything. Our Empowered Black Girl Meet Ups are safe, joy-filled spaces to connect, share stories, build sisterhood, and grow together through conversation, creativity, and fun. We hold various events throughout the year for our community to connect and grow together.
