The Empowered Black Girl Mentorship Program connects young Black Girls with professional Black Women mentors for six months of structured, identity-affirming mentorship. Mentees join one of three groups based on their goals: career exposure, leadership and networking, and emotional well-being, each designed to meet them where they are and help them grow.
Who we’re looking for: Black Women, 25+, with experience in any professional field, that believe in the power of community, mentorship and investing in the next generation.

Mentor Requirements
Must be willing to complete a criminal record check
Must be able to commit to all 6 sessions
Must provide professional & character references
Must be willing to submit brief monthly meeting logs after sessions
Must be willing to attend a mandatory mentor orientation
